1. Login to the WordPress admin.
2. Using the left hand navigation bar, click on the Posts section.
3. Click on the Add New button at the top of the page.
4. Using the fields on the page, add the blog title, main body content, excerpt, and featured image.
5. If the blog is ready to go live, click the Publish button toward the top right. If you only want to save a draft of the blog, click the Save Draft button.
6. You can also adjust the date in which the blog will be live by checking the Edit link next to Publish Immediately.
