The design department always tries to provide proofs and graphics without any errors. However, occasionally a small error might slip through our Quality Assurance process.


To avoid confusion and reactive work, please contact the assigned Project Manager or Social Media Strategist associated with your campaign and let them know an error was spotted on the graphic. The responsible party will contact the design team and make the adjustments as quickly as possible.
