Just so you know, if you ever change the "date requested" date after you have received the initial reply, you need to notify a member of the design team to change it in the back end to the new date.
The due dates are manually set during the initial reply phase and we're not notified or able to receive a notification when that is adjusted.
If you need to change it, please send a comment on the ticket and notify a design team member to make this change for you.
